Who is responsible for organising the inventory, and what will it cost?
We are pleased to handle the organisation of your property’s inventory. The cost will vary based on the size and specifics of the property you wish to rent out. Rest assured; we will provide a transparent quote tailored to your needs.
How often can I expect communication?
Communication frequency is tailored to your preferences. While some clients prefer a hands-off approach and trust us to manage everything, others appreciate receiving weekly updates. We will discuss and establish a communication plan that suits your requirements early in our partnership.
Will you visit the property?
Yes, we will conduct an initial visit to your property within the first three to four months. Following this, we recommend regular inspections every six months to ensure everything is in order and your property is well cared for. Should you require additional visits, we are more than happy to accommodate your needs.
When will I receive rent payments from my tenant?
For long-term rentals, you can expect to receive your rent on the due date each month, which typically corresponds to the tenant’s move-in date. For short-term rentals, our job as a company is to ensure that you receive the full payment prior to the commencement of the tenancy.
